For more complex sites such as e-commerce or booking platforms, the timeline is generally 6–10 weeks. We work efficiently, and if you have a tight deadline or need your site live by a specific date, we can discuss additional after-hours work to meet your timeline.

All of our websites are built using a content management system (WordPress), giving you and your team the flexibility to make changes whenever needed. However, if you’d prefer us to handle updates, you can sign up for one of our affordable website maintenance packages. We’ll take care of everything—from last-minute updates to ensuring your images align perfectly with your content!

You will only incur ongoing fees if you choose one of our affordable website maintenance packages or hosting-only plans at the start of the project. Hosting starts from £6.99 per month, and website support & maintenance packages are available from £35 per month. If you’d prefer to reduce costs, you’re welcome to use your own hosting provider, and we can set up your new website there. However, with your own hosting, you would be responsible for handling any broken plugins or missed backups.

Yes, once your website is built and hosted on your domain, you will own all the intellectual property and everything on the site. If you choose to leave us, we will provide you with all the website files for the product you’ve purchased, allowing you to move to another provider if needed.

While we’d love for all our clients to stay with us, we understand that circumstances change, and you may choose to work with other developers, marketing managers, or designers. If you are on a hosting or maintenance plan, we simply ask for one month’s notice, along with any applicable fees for your hosting arrangement. We’ll be happy to provide email support to assist with transferring your website from our hosting to your new provider.

Yes! All of our packages include a 12-month spread-the-cost option. You can pay a 25% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance spread over 12 monthly payments. For example, a £1000 website would require a £250 deposit, followed by twelve monthly payments of £62.50 after the site is launched. We also offer a 20% discount on your next website!

With a robust UK-dedicated server offering up to 99% uptime, your website should rarely go offline. However, if a plugin update or a staff member’s changes cause an issue, simply drop us a message, and we’ll work on getting it fixed for you! If you’re on one of our maintenance plans, there will be no extra cost for this service, as you’re covered. If not, the fixes will be charged at £35 per hour.
